Coordinating with Your Physician

Now that your physician has determined you’re in need of a procedure, we’ve been contacted by your physician’s office for scheduling. Prior to your procedure being scheduled, we received your insurance information and an authorization from your insurance company for you to receive care at our facility. When we received your insurance authorization, we also confirmed your insurance information to verify that you are an eligible patient for a procedure at our facility based upon your health plan.

Your physician may have given you instructions about what you needed to do before your procedure. Please follow their instructions.
